Reaching & Enriching Lives

What To Expect

Welcome

Channel of Grace is a church of people from different ethnicities whom God has called out of darkness into His marvelous light. It is the instrument through which God's family takes part in establishing the Kingdom of God in the lives of people in our local and global communities.

We are a relational church because rules without relationship breeds rebellion. Our desire is to be known as a church that demonstrates the grace of God and preaches the word of God in its fullness, while serving the community.

EXPECTATIONS

What To Wear

As you prepare to visit, wear what you please. Most Sunday mornings you will see people wearing skirts and suits but, there are also plenty of people who wear jeans and sneakers.

Arriving

Upon entering the building, you will be welcomed by an usher or greeter, who will escort you to your seat. At some point during the service, you will be asked to complete a Guest Card using one our iPads, a paper card, or through the use of a QR code. We use the information you provide to keep a record of your visit and, with your permission, to remain in contact with you by sending an occasional announcement or invitation to worship with us again. Rest assured, we don't send spam and your information is held in strict confidence.

Preaching

The service, from beginning to end, lasts about 90 minutes; the sermon lasts about 45 minutes. Once service concludes, fellowship continues as members and guests greet one another as they exit. We have a Fellowship Hall in the rear of the building, where a complimentary continental breakfast may be served.

Children & Youth

Children and youth are welcome to attend the entire Sunday service. We offer a Parent Connection Room, which provides a full television broadcast of the sanctuary for parents and caregivers to continue their worship experience while nursing or changing infants and toddlers.

Introductions

At the conclusion of service, during announcements, guests are acknowledged. You will not be asked to speak. First-time guests receive a gift; be sure to visit the Guest Connection in the lobby before leaving.
